It is specifically acknowledged by the persons signing this agreement, that if a team does not show up for a tournament, leaves a tournament, for any unjustified reason, before the team is eliminated or completes the tournament may result in the forfeiture of all tournament fees, the team’s coaching staff and/or team players will be subject to possible suspension and/or sanctions by the AABC for future tournament participation.

It is also specifically acknowledged by the persons signing this agreement that the failure of any manager to advance his or her team to the next level of tournament play, if so elected, may result in the forfeiture of all tournament fees, exclusion or suspension of his or her team and of the team’s coaching staff, players and/or league from participating in future AABC tournaments at the sole discretion of the State Commissioner or Regional Director, if any of the above are violated.

I declare that I will advance my team to the next level of tournament play as a AABC representative if my team earns the right to advance and I specifically acknowledge that for my team to be eligible to participate in American Amateur Baseball Congress tournament play, this form must be completed, signed, and included in my team’s certification packet at the time of check-in at any AABC sponsored tournament.
