| Official AABC rosters must be submitted along with an insurance certificate by Monday June 22. | |||||||||||||
| The pitching rules will follow the Limitation on Pitching in the AABC Official Handbook. | |||||||||||||
| Games will be seven innings unless shortened by the “Run Rule” of 8 runs after 5 innings with no time limit. | |||||||||||||
| No team can play more that two games per day – no exception. | |||||||||||||
| Game times and fields can be changed at the discretion of the tournament director. | |||||||||||||
| The “HOME” team will be determined by a coin toss before each game and will occupy the third base dugout. | |||||||||||||
| Baseballs will be furnished. | |||||||||||||
| The batting team will be responsible for returning all foul balls and home runs to the field of play. | |||||||||||||
| A protest must be made along with $100 to a tournament official immediately and before any succeeding play begins. | |||||||||||||
| The protest will be ruled on before play continues. | |||||||||||||
| Infield will not be allowed. | |||||||||||||
| Please list player’s first name, last name and number on your line up sheet before giving it to the Official Scorekeeper. | |||||||||||||
| Report any and all changes to the Official Scorekeeper, home plate umpire, and the opposing team. | |||||||||||||
| Re-entry is not allowed. | |||||||||||||
| Courtesy runners may be used for the pitcher and catcher. | |||||||||||||
| The switch must be made as soon as the batter/runner reaches first base. | |||||||||||||
| The runner may not be in the lineup at that time and cannot run for both the pitcher and catcher in the same inning. | |||||||||||||
| If a team has only nine players, the last out may be the runner. | |||||||||||||
| Any player or coach ejected from a game will be required to sit out the remainder of that game and the next scheduled game. | |||||||||||||
| A player or coach that is ejected from two games will be suspended for the rest of the tournament. | |||||||||||||
| Each team is responsible for the actions of its fans at games and at the parks where the games are played. | |||||||||||||
| The dugout will be clean when the first game is played each day. Leave it the way you find it. | |||||||||||||
| Ask your parents and friends to use the trash receptacles. | |||||||||||||
| Any rule not covered by this letter will be governed by the Official Baseball Rules and the AABC Official Handbook. | |||||||||||||
